March Sales for Thrashers Corner, Bothell

Well, it was a pretty good month for home sales around Thrasher's Corner in Bothell. There were 10 sales which is the same as March of 2009 and the average sales price was $413,700 which is only down 2% from 2009!! that is the smallest drop for a year or more. What made the difference were 3 sales over $500,000 and one that was over $400k. In 2009 there were 4 over $400k and one additional over $800. This is a real turn around for the upper end homes. there have not been many sales over $400k for quite a while and to get 3 over $500 was amazing.
